“Kraven’s Last Hunt” in 30 Seconds.

For the annual recap contest at Chris’s Invincible Super-Blog:

Kraven’s Last Hunt in 30 Seconds!

I hope you enjoy!

Vodka makes a man mean!

I'd have squished the spider anyway.

You've got to take pleasure in your job.

A good source of protein!

"It's all ... PART OF THE PLAN!"

LOLKravens are the next Internet meme, trust me.

Some guys always have something to prove.

What, Hobgoblin wasn't available?

I can't tell whether retconned Spidey has commitment issues or not....

Oh, Spidey. Always getting your to-do list mixed up.

Because you demanded it -- KRAVEN PLAYS AN OBOE!

He hankers for a hunka -- a slab, a slice, a chunka!

Face it, Tiger. You're hitting the singles bar.

Hell to the yeah. Kraven’s vest makes that outfit, and great art!

googum, thanks for the comment on the vest–in a way, that sort of made the whole thing for me. That was fun to draw.

Thanks for enjoying it, you guys. I really had a good time putting this together, and it was a good exercise in playing with original art in Photoshop. I’m totally going to keep scanning this kind of stuff and putting it on here.

For some reason the “LOL” was the funniest part – really nice work -

Brilliant. Congrats on the win, and welcome to the blogosphere. I’m gonna subscribe, and I expect to see good things here!

I love this more than should be legally allowed.

…as you would love a woman, I am sure.

You have the perfect way of drawing well defined stick figures. The contradiction of that alone makes this stand out from all the other Simsian 30 Second strips.

The faded background and even lettering all look professional, yet the stick form arms and legs keep it within the boundaries of the medium. The facial expressions are perfectly descriptive as well. Nicely Done.

The sad Spidey and Vermin and Mary Jane and Peter at the end are priceless.

You had me at “shootious.” Very nice work, dude.

The ending was rather poignant. :(

Nice art. Economical and expressive, like Aragones.

I don’t recall vermin being quite so sympathetic, heh.

Protip, this is already being reposted, if you make any pictures put a small unobtrusive URL on it so I don’t have to verbally beat up some hapless forums poster to get him to confess where he stole it from

LOL, this is great! Do you mind if I mention this post on my blog? This is so noteworthy!

Thanks! I don’t mind at all. Hopefully I’ll get off my duff (or onto it, I guess) and get to posting more content on here.

Thanks for letting me mention this page on my blog.

I posted it up a few minutes ago:

It will be in the last half of the page, where I posted a comparison with page 20 of Spectacular Spider-Man 132….I honestly like your version a lot more.
